My classes have a laid-back, energetic and open vibe, where we move with ease and enjoyment. I have trained in a variety of styles including; flow, kundalini, restorative and Strala and I aim to bring different elements to our classes to keep things fresh and interesting. If you are new to yoga – don’t worry about anyone else, this is your yoga journey and I will help you take the first steps to a more relaxed, strong and flexible you. I am qualified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in, and instructor of, Aikido – a soft Japanese martial art. I have 20 years’ experience in Asian wisdom practices such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Meditation and Shiatsu.
Initially, I practised strong physical styles of yoga such as Ashtanga Vinyassa Flow, but over time came to see the benefit of slower more meditative practice and gained a wider appreciation of the full benefits of yoga.
I believes that yoga is suitable for everybody and every-body. That it will get you fitter, healthier and happier. I teach an open, relaxed and inclusive style and I’m keen to bring yoga, and its wide range of benefits, to parts of the population that traditionally avoid it.
