Gaynor creates a nice and relaxed atmosphere, I liked the way each movement is explained and different level options were given. I also felt having the part of the body used and where I would feel it explained to me was informative. I found Gaynor’s classes very enjoyable, and have missed them since moving away from the area. I particularly liked Gaynor’s relaxation section at the end of the classes. She has a wonderful ability to lead you into a place of serenity. Gaynor has a very grounded approach to living and yoga and has been a very positive influence on me in the past for which I will always be grateful. She brings this same energy to her classes, so that you leave in a better place within yourself. Laura teaches where I work and I love the weekly lunchtime classes. They are the perfect length to fit into a lunch break and I always feel refreshed at the end of the class. Its great to have the opportunity to refocus and clear the mind in the middle of a busy day.- Sarah, Yoga at Work Student
