Yoga Class 3As most of us know sitting at a desk for eight hours a day can leave our bodies stiff, achey and out of shape. Practicing yoga at work has been proven to help your staff, improving overall productivity and enjoyment at work. We have developed a 45 minute class to help stretch out and chill out your staff over lunch time – focusing on releasing any tension and strengthening the core, which in turn will improve back pain, posture and offers time to unwind and relax before getting back to work in the afternoon.
